Michelle is a values-based leader and lifelong learner with a passion for fostering innovation, optimizing operations, and achieving excellence. She believes in progress over perfection and emphasizes the importance of being present, appreciating current achievements, and staying adaptable as circumstances evolve. Michelle encourages leaders to lean into opportunities for refinement and growth, building positive momentum through intentional action.
With over a decade of professional experience in customer service excellence, relationship management, and project management, Michelle has a proven track record of strengthening systems and driving meaningful, lasting results. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in IT, along with certifications in Agile Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Google Data Analytics, and as a Scrum Master, she brings both analytical rigor and thoughtful leadership to her work.
